Inmate Correspondence Program
Thanks to generous donors and volunteers, Urantia Books in
English and Spanish are provided at no cost to inmates
through the Pipeline of Light. There is now one or more
Urantia Books in at least 271 US prisons in 29 states.

What started as a team of three volunteers has grown to 18 who regularly
contribute service hours to write individually to each inmate, many of whom continue to write and
ask questions after receiving a Urantia Book. MORE VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED.
As we learn of more study groups forming inside prisons, the ICP has
expanded its resources to better serve a population with no internet
access. By adapting the self-directed study courses offered by Urantia
University Institute (UUI) to PDF format, the program was able to mail
out over 250 courses and issued over 100 Certificates of Completion!
Don Guimond
2024 saw the graduation of ICP volunteer extraordinaire, Don Guimond,
who holds the record (614!) for most individual inmates served
including over 1,000 personal correspondences! His dedication and
generosity will be missed by many, and the souls he helped will surely
catch up with him in eternity.
